
About Me
My name is Gabriela Volf, and baking came into my life at a moment when I had almost lost the strength to believe. For years, I struggled with things I could not control—until I discovered a world I could create myself. In baking, I found joy, meaning, and hope. When one dream was fading, another quietly began to rise—quite literally, in the oven. Sweets became my therapy, my refuge, and eventually, my path.
I built my foundation through countless international publications in English and French, which I love collecting and drawing inspiration from. I gained practical experience at pastry marathons, courses at HF Pastry Academy, and with Julie Belichenko. Recently, I also completed my professional retraining as a pastry chef, marking the beginning of my new career path.
